I began my costume work on SCAD student films, collaborating on a wide range of projects—from intimate dramas to fast-paced comedy skits. On these sets, I handled everything from developing character looks to sourcing, altering, organizing, and dressing actors throughout production. Working in film taught me how to create costumes that read with clarity on camera, while staying flexible in a fast paced environment. I’ve also dressed for SCAD theatre productions, where I gained hands-on experience backstage and a deeper understanding of continuity, quick changes, and maintaining garments under performance conditions. These combined experiences have shaped the way I approach costume design: research-driven, detail-focused, and centered on building characters through lived-in, intentional clothing. I’m eager to keep expanding my craft across new sets, new genres, and new creative challenges.
